This Presentation was very informative, the examples of case law were excellant. I agree with Senator Kennedy, this acton by the president warrants a full investigation. The outcome of this investigation could lead to his Impeachment. Did the President misuse his authority? Americans have the right to know. Can the president justify his actions by saying he is trying to protect us from harm or is he just violating the rights of Americans by eaves dropping on whoever he wants. Very Good, I enjoyed this presentation.

I am contemplating whether to take the Program at PTI, and if this Example Lecture is how most of the lectures are conducted at PTI...then, I am leaning toward enrolling. The Case Laws cited by (?Insturctor) Steven Hass were perfect for discussion of the case. Mr. Haas gave a wonderful Presentation of the Topic. This is only the first Example I've listened to, but perhaps in the future, Student comments or comments from the Public should be mixed in with the Lecture. It would be interesting to hear different views on a Topic--especially contorversial ones!
